However,  please note that:

1. Large parties (particularly stag and hen) are not allowed;

2. The lead traveller must be at least age 25 to rent the villa.

3. Villa Isabella is strictly a non smoking property.

4. No pets are allowed.

5. A damage deposit of €500 will be payable at the time of booking.  This will be repaid within 3 days of your departure, following a satisfactory inspection.
